La Belagine Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at La Belagine. We are dedicated to bringing you unique products from our global partners. Please read below to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number.
Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods (like Black Friday or the holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
2. Shipping Estimates
Because we ship directly from our international suppliers to keep our prices competitive, shipping times vary depending on your location:

Please note these are estimates. Factors such as customs delays or local postal service issues are outside of our control.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking link. It may take 2–5 days for the tracking information to update in the system after the shipping label is created.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
La Belagine is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Multiple Packages
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped from different suppliers. This means your items may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. Do not worry if one item arrives before the rest!
6. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
La Belagine is not liable for any products lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking says delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the local carrier or your local post office.
